Senator Davis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                                                
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 211 "An Act allowing a person                                                                      
who retires as a peace officer or firefighter under the defined benefit                                                         
plan of the public employees' retirement system to receive credited                                                             
service in the plan for up to five years of past military service; and                                                          
providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
